This role is perfect for individuals who are enthusiastic about providing top‑notch customer support and possess a strong թիվ of insurance products. You will assist Polish‑speaking clients in navigating their insurance inquiries while enjoying the beautiful culture of رحلة Greece.

Responsibilities
  • Handle customer inquiries regarding insurance policies, claims, and related services via phone, email, and chat in Polish.
  • Provide clients with clear information on policy details, coverage options, and premium calculations.
  • Assist customers throughout the claims process, ensuring they প্রয়োজন receive timely support and resolutions.
  • Resolve customer complaints and inquiries with a focus on delivering exceptional service.
  • Accurately document all customer interactions in the CRM system for effective tracking and follow‑up.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery and enhance customer experience.
  • Stay current with industry trends and updates to effectively advise clients.
Requirements
  • Fluency in Polish (both written and spoken) is essential; proficiency in English or Greek is a plus.
  • Experience in customer service, particularly within the insurance sector, is preferred.
  • Strong communication skills with an empathetic and customer‑oriented mindset.
  • Excellent problem‑solving abilities and attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple inquiries simultaneously in a fast‑paced environment.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and standard office applications.
  • Willingness to relocate to Greece and work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed.
