As a Customer Relation Specialist (substitute contract), you’ll join a collaborative and forward-thinking team based in Kielce
. The Customer Relation Specialist role is ideal for someone who enjoys working people and building meaningful relationships. In this position, you will have a real impact on customer satisfaction by understanding clients needs, solving problems and ensuring a positive experience at every touchpoint.

• Telephone contact with clients regarding our contractual agreement
• Building, maintaining, and developing business relationships with clients
• Ensuring the quality of provided services and identifying the needs of our clients
• Active sales of additional services, suggesting additional services based on individual client offer verification
• Renegotiating commercial terms with clients and preparing offers
• Maintaining client profitability at the established level
• Preparing amendments for clients
• Actions aimed at increasing client loyalty to the company

• Minimum two years of experience in telephone customer service for business clients
• Very good computer skills including MS Office and Excel
• Ability to work in a team and handle stressful situations
• High personal culture and communication skills
• Good diction and language accuracy

Ability to work under time pressure and strive to achieve set goals

Knowledge of the English language
