Permanent Position1 year minimum experience Looking for a Dental professional that seeks to improve the oral health of patients, work towards the prevention of future oral health concerns and helps patient with the appearance of their smile. It is most often a person's primary care dental provider. This means the general dentist is who individuals would go to for routine checkups and cleaning.

One of their main goals is prevention, but general dentists can also treat a range of concerns that develop, as well as, types of dental trauma.

Qualifications:

- Licensed to work in the state of New York as a Dentist - Graduate of an accredited college of Dental Medicine - CPR certified - Knowledge of current principles, methods, and procedures for the delivery of medical evaluation, diagnosis, and treatment in the area of expertise - Excellent interpersonal and communication skills required - Leadership and organizational skills essential - Bilingual especially in Spanish preferred - Computer literate preferred - Self-motivated and flexible to daily patient schedule and/or clinic needs

Compensation & Benefits:

- Salary Range: $150,000 - $180,000 - Eligible for Public Service Loan Forgiveness (PSLF) and NHSC loan repayment - Malpractice coverage through FTCA - $10,000 annual contribution toward health/dental/vision premiums for family plans; $5,000 for individual - Health insurance through Highmark Blue Cross Blue Shield of WNY - 403(b) Retirement Plan with up to 4% match - 4 weeks PTO (personal and sick combined) - 6 paid holidays - CEU allowance and professional dues covered - Flexible schedules and no weekends - Manageable patient caseload Location Highlights:
