Dental Virtual Assistant

We are seeking a skilled Dental Virtual Assistant to join an established U.S-based dental practice. This position plays a crucial role in ensuring our clients dental offices run smoothly while providing exceptional patient care from a virtual setting.

• Managing patient appointments, scheduling, and sending reminders
• Handling incoming calls and patient inquiries professionally
• Processing insurance claims and verifying patient benefits
• Maintaining accurate patient records and documentation
• Coordinating with suppliers for inventory management and purchases
• Supporting administrative functions essential to daily office operations
• Explaining procedures and addressing patient questions with clarity

• Previous experience in U.S dental office administration or as a dental receptionist preferred
• Knowledge of dental terminology, common procedures, and insurance processes
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain complex dental information clearly
• Proficiency with dental practice management software
• Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail
• Self-motivated with proven capability to work independently in a remote environment
