About the RoleThe Space Planner & Designer supports the creation of dynamic, functional spaces inside Family Entertainment Centers (FECs). This role focuses on designing Client Counters and prize rooms, with opportunities to contribute to other space-planning projects such as party rooms, lobbies, or checkout areas.
This is an excellent opportunity for a junior designer or recent graduate who thrives in a collaborative, fast-paced environment. You’ll work closely with U.S.
-based team members and external partners while developing your creative, technical, and communication skills under the mentorship of experienced designers.
Monday to Friday, 8:30 PM to 5:00 AM PHT
Work set-up:Remote
What you’ll do Client Discovery & Collaboration- Gather and interpret client needs, budgets, and design goals
- Serve as a design advisor by helping clients make informed decisions that balance vision, budget, and business goals
- Translate requirements into spatial layouts and design concepts
- Develop compelling visual concepts and scaled drawings in Sketch Up and AutoCAD
- Incorporate client feedback into revised and final design packages
- Prepare design specifications and documentation for internal handoffs and vendor bidding
- Maintain project files, samples, and digital assets
- Coordinate with builders, vendors, and suppliers on design details
- Ensure technical compliance with relevant codes, regulations, and accessibility standards
- Participate in training sessions to expand your knowledge of FEC trends and customer behavior
- Take initiative to learn new design software and presentation techniques
- Contribute ideas that improve process, client experience, or creative output
- Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or related field.
- At least 3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably from retail, commercial, or hospitality design industries
- Experience with Adobe Creative Suite and/or Revit.
- Proficiency in Sketch Up, AutoCAD, and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Understanding of construction documentation or vendor collaboration.
- Strong understanding of space planning and design fundamentals.
- Excellent communication and organization skills.
- Positive attitude, initiative, and willingness to learn.
