Overview

Sunrise Group is building the future of sleep health by combining innovative technology with expert care. Our mission is simple: make better sleep accessible to everyone. We do this through Sunrise, our technology for diagnosis, treatment, and care delivery, and Dreem Health, our digital clinic where patients receive care from sleep specialists. We’re a fast-growing team across the US and Europe, backed by more than $50M (€46M) from leading investors including Amazon’s Alexa Fund, Eurazeo, Kurma, and VIVES.

If you want to make a real impact in healthcare and help people sleep better, you’re in the right place.

If you don’t see the perfect role right now, reach out; great people often find their place here.

What You’ll Do

We’re hiring a Product Designer (Mid/Senior) to own end-to-end experiences across Dreem Health (our digital sleep clinic) and Sunrise (our medical device ecosystem). Your focus: turn real patient and clinician needs into clear flows, trustworthy interfaces, and measurable outcomes—on web and mobile, plus the internal tools our care team uses every day.

You’ll partner closely with PM, engineering, growth, brand, ops, and data to improve acquisition and retention, simplify complex clinical journeys, and make our internal products self-explanatory. Expect fast cycles: prototype, test, ship, learn, repeat. Beyond pixels, your job is to remove friction at scale—design systems, states, and content that help diverse users succeed the first time. We value pragmatism over perfection: ship the simplest version that proves value, then iterate.

If you’re a user-centered designer who blends research, structure, and craft—and you’re curious about how AI can responsibly boost clarity and speed—you’ll feel at home here.

Key Responsibilities
  • Start with the problem: Run lean user research and light benchmarking to understand our users and their context. Define one sharp problem at a time—with clear, measurable success.
  • Design across tools and teams: Create seamless experiences for patients, clinicians, and care ops—across app, web, and internal platforms. Keep it simple, self-explanatory, and accessible.
  • Extend the brand with care: Apply our existing brand system to create warm, medically credible visuals and reusable templates that scale.
  • Own the design system: Maintain and evolve our tokens, components, and design guidelines. Uphold clarity, accessibility (WCAG), and thoughtful defaults.
What You Bring
  • Education: Bachelor or Master’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Experience: 3–5 years in product design with strong UI-UX craft and end-to-end problem solving (discovery → delivery).
  • Language: Excellent communication in French and English; able to explain design decisions to non-designers.
  • Tools & Brand application: Mastery of Figma
    ; familiarity with Notion
, Maze (or equivalents). Curiosity for generative AI and a strong desire to explore how it transforms how people learn, work, and manage their health. Comfortable applying an existing brand system across multiple surfaces (web, apps, emails, decks, social templates…).
  • Other: Ability to support video, slides, print, motion design, illustration, campaign work is a plus.
What Makes You Stand Out
  • Strong team player with excellent communication skills.
  • Self-driven, proactive, and capable of working independently.
  • Strategic and pragmatic—able to challenge ideas while balancing speed and quality.
  • Organized, structured, eager to build strong bases.
  • Adaptable to a fast-paced, evolving environment.
About Our Team

At Sunrise Group, we’re tackling real sleep health challenges that affect millions. We keep things clear and simple, value trust and collaboration, and lead with optimism and compassion. These values guide everything we do. If you’re looking for the autonomy to take ownership of your work and be part of a team where ideas move fast and everyone has a voice, Sunrise might be the right fit.

What We Offer
  • Meaningful work that directly improves peoples’ lives
  • Be part of an international team across the US and EU
  • Annual team gatherings
  • Generous vacation allowance + public holidays
  • Internet and phone reimbursement stipends for remote employees
Equal Opportunity

Dreem Health / Sunrise is an Equal Opportunity Employer. We welcome people of all backgrounds and are committed to building a workplace where everyone feels included and respected. We do not tolerate discrimination or harassment of any kind.

Next Steps

We hire humans, not bullet points. Don’t meet every single qualification? That’s okay. We care more about who you are than what’s on your CV. We’re looking for people who are curious, resourceful, and ready to roll up their sleeves—especially if you’re excited about building something new in healthcare. If you think you could make an impact here, reach out to us.
