Medical Oncology Locums position in Jamestown, NY where Inpatient/Outpatient Coverage with possible Night and Weekend Call needed. Here are some of the details:

Coverage Need/Schedule Details: Mostly days in the clinic. May have some rounding and on call coverage. No weekend clinic.

• 20 shifts per month

  Monday - Friday 8A - 4:30P
• Night Call: 4:30p-8a
• 24 Hour Weekend Call: 8a-8a

Candidate Requirements:

• Board Certified or Board Eligible
  - REQUIRED
• Active NY License
  - REQUIRED
• Certifications:
  
  BLS
  - REQUIRED

Practice

Description:

• Ongoing need till permanent hired
• Solo coverage
• No admissions, only consults.
• Inpatient and Outpatient
• # of consults per week- 2-3
• Weekend evening call is low and it is TBD if this may be covered by another site.
• Weekend call is 1 weekend out of 5 and weekend volume is also low. Provider would only be called onsite if there was a stat consult which is rare.
• APP mid level coverage-1 full time
• Adult population only
• Average Outpatient per day:15
• APP s available for coverage

Compensation for this opportunity is highly competitive at $500 hourly
