- doctor degree in the humanities/social sciences in the field of pedagogy;
- master's degree in pedagogy, specializing in special education;
- completion of postgraduate studies in psycho pedagogical therapy;
- pedagogical training;
- documented experience as a lecturer and in conducting classes: diagnosis and early support of intellectual development, functional diagnosis in the process of early support of child development, psycho pedagogical diagnosis, functional diagnosis of students with special educational needs, pedagogical diagnosis of the child/student and their educational environment;
- publications of a teaching or scientific nature;
- documented professional experience gained outside of higher education;
- documented participation in national and/or international conferences;
- participation in international and/or national research projects;
- involvement in student research;
- declaration of primary employment at the University of Applied Sciences in Nowy Sącz.

Employment of an academic teacher in the teaching staff group, based on a fixed‑term, full‑time employment contract, for the summer semester of the 2025/2026 academic year and the 2026/2027 academic year, from February 19, 2026, to September 30, 2027.
Specific Requirements
- 300 full‑time teaching hours per academic year for undergraduate and graduate studies,
- professional development, participation in research activities,
- organizational work for the University of Applied Sciences in Nowy Sącz, particularly at the Faculty of Social Sciences and Arts.

The competition results will be announced by January 30, 2026. Information on the results, along with the justification, will be published in the University’s Public Information Bulletin and on the website of the Ministry of Science and Higher Education.
