Job description:

• Field and discipline in which the candidate will conduct scientific activity: social sciences – psychology;
• Conducting teaching activities in psychology, primarily social psychology
  ;
• Conducting scientific research and publishing articles in national and international academic journals, as well as preparing and submitting grant applications
  ;
• Organising scientific events such as conferences and seminars;
• Collaborating with the team of the Department of Social Psychology in the area of ongoing research and development activities.

The candidate should meet the following requirements:

• Doctoral degree in humanities or social sciences in the discipline of psychology
  ;
• Extensive knowledge of psychology
  ;
• Ability to independently conduct psychological research
  ;
• Very good knowledge of statistical analysis methods used in psychology
  ;
• Documented experience in teaching psychology at a higher education institution within the last 5 years is an additional advantage;
• Willingness to apply for external grants (experience in this area is an additional advantage);
• Documented scientific achievements in the form of monographs, chapters in monographs, and scientific articles, especially indexed in the JCR database;
• Fluent command of Polish (spoken and written) and very good command of English
