- Full public rights
- Not convicted of an intentional crime or an intentional fiscal offence
- Not punished with disciplinary measures involving permanent or temporary deprivation of the right to practise as an academic teacher or expulsion from a university with a ban on working at universities for 6 months to 5 years
- Have the qualifications specified in the Act and the University Statutes

Failure to submit a complete set of documents within the deadline will be the basis for the rejection of the candidacy of the person concerned without a request to complete the documentation.
The competition shall be resolved no later than 4 months from its announcement.
