14. DESCRIPTION (field, expectations, comments):
The position of assistant in the research and teaching staff group is expected to include readiness to conduct classes in Polish and English, participate in projects and research work, prepare scientific publications and carry out organizational tasks.

Candidates for the above position should meet the following requirements:

• have completed a master's degree in finance and accounting
• to fulfill requirements as described in the regulation dated 20th of July 2018 Higher Education and Science (Regulations from 2024, position 1571 with changes) and Rzeszow University of Technology Statute dated 27th of June 2019 (i.e. Regulation dated 20th of March 2025)
• meet the conditions specified in the Art. 21 law of 13th May 2016 on counteracting threats of sexual crime and minors protection (Journal of Laws of 2024, item 1802, as amended)
• demonstrate interest in scientific research and teaching in the field of finance and accounting
• have knowledge of Microsoft Office and financial accounting systems
• have knowledge of English, at least B2+ level
• have excellent knowledge of the Polish language

• a copy of documents confirming the title,
• a written statement from the candidate that Rzeszow University of Technology will be his/her first (main) place of work in the case when he/she wins the competition for the position,
