Teaching Lab welcomes experienced instructional facilitators and coaches to join our contracting pool. The Facilitator/Coach is an individual‑contributor contractor role focused on delivering high‑quality professional learning and instructional coaching to educators and school leaders. Because this is a contracting pool and volume is often high, we are not able to respond to every submission, but we carefully review all resumes we receive.
RESPONSIBILITIES- Designing, facilitating, and evaluating professional development for teachers and school leaders
- Engaging in coaching feedback cycles, including 1:1 and group coaching sessions
- Building collaborative relationships with educators and leaders to support instructional improvement
- Supporting data collection and reflection activities that strengthen instructional practice and improve student outcomes
- Implementing high‑quality instructional materials and research‑based practices in schools and classrooms
