Quality Engineer

Responsibilities:

• development and supervision ofquality documentation
• quality monitoring of production processes
• carrying out product audits together with the technologist / production team (e.g. measurements ofdetails using measuring instruments, keeping control documentation)
• solving current quality problems
• cooperation with suppliers toensure high quality products
• coordinating the analysis ofthe reported non-compliance (including supporting the team inroot cause analysis, preparing reports, among others 8D)
• cooperation with the Complaints Department (e.g. handling quality complaints, creating reports, including complaints)
• cooperation with departments dealing with process planning, production, product development and sales

Requirements:

• Preferred university or technical education (completed technical fields: e.g. mechatronics, materials engineering, electrics, electrical engineering, electromechanics orrelated)
• knowledge ofcontrol and measurement tools
• communicative knowledge of English (min. B2)
• ability toread technical documentation (technical drawings, electrical diagrams)
• experience inasimilar position inaproduction environment (preferably inaproduction or logistics company)
• excellent analytical skills, professionalism, honesty, loyalty, confidentiality
• communication skills that will allow you towork with people atall levels inthe company structure
• ability towork inateam and attitude towards cooperation
• knowledge ofthe organization of production processes and quality assurance (including ISO 9001, quality tools, problem solving methods)
• the ability toedit, implement and monitor documentation
• the ability to coordinate many topics atone time and very good organization ofwork
• independence and determination inthe implementation of entrusted tasks
• good manners
