- Implementing quality control processes for new projects
- Audits of (new) supplier companies & processes and creation of audit reports
- Developing and maintaining component inspection standards
- Monitoring and analyzing quality performance indicators, initiating corrective actions
- Managing complaints: defect analysis, documentation, and oversight of sorting activities
- Collaborating cross‑functionally to drive continuous quality improvement
- Preparing and supervising quality documentation
- Coordinating with suppliers on complaints and process changes
- Minimum Bachelor in Engineering
- Minimum 2 – 4 years in a production quality environment
- Good knowledge of English and problem solving techniques
- SAP knowledge & Qualified ISO auditor – nice to have
- Good user knowledge of PS (Windows, Microsoft Office)
- Lean philosophy/Continuously improvement, logical and decision making ability
