*** Your Tasks:
*** Design, implement, and optimize production processes to ensure top-quality products at competitive costs
* Drive efficiency improvements and cost reductions through innovative solutions
* Support new product launches and collaborate closely with R&D
* Analyze and enhance technological processes, ensuring accuracy and compliance with ISO 9001 standards
* Take part in implementing new production lines and upgrading existing ones
* Lead root cause analysis and solve technical challenges using advanced tools like ATMOS (historian database)
* Plan and execute technological trials, contributing to cutting-edge developments

* Your Profile:
*** Higher education in chemistry, material sciences or related field
* 3–5 years of experience in manufacturing, preferably in plastics processing
* Strong knowledge of Lean/WCM (World Class Manufacturing) and problem-solving (RCA-Root Cause Analysis) methodologies
* Excellent analytical skills, attention to detail, and collaborative mindset
* Proficiency in Excel and familiarity with process monitoring systems
* Communicative English (B2 level)
