The VIP Junior Specialist role is to offer support for our VIP customers, find the best solution to solve customer issues, build an exceptional relationship with VIP company customers, and provide the best services through the communication channels provided by the company. The position follows the activity of VIP players and works with the VIP Manager to improve, raise, and extend the activity of VIP players—giving bonuses, proposing personalized campaigns, and proposing gifts.
What you’ll be doing :- Contacting clients suggested by the VIP Manager and informing them that they have been selected by the VIP project.
- Responding to every request that comes from customers.
- Handling VIP customer complaints in a patient and efficient manner.
- Providing accurate information and solutions to customer queries.
- Contacting VIP customers according to the structure, through the communication channels provided by the company.
- Identifying customer needs, concerns, and questions.
- Promoting Superbet’s services and image (campaigns, new games, etc.).
- Building professional relationships with customers.
- Giving manually retention bonuses, VIP campaign bonuses, and informing clients about these bonuses.
- Working in the team and helping colleagues (contacting, offering bonuses to colleagues’ clients when necessary).
- Reporting technical issues that customers encounter to superiors or competent departments.
- Is a native Polish speaker with English at a basic level.
- Has strong written and conversational skills.
- Has the ability to interact with many different types of people, externally with customers and internally with the company team and departments.
- Is friendly, empathetic, motivated, and has a good energy.
- Is a team player.
