Location: Town of Poland

Our client is an international online gaming company offering sports betting and casino services, with a significant presence in Latin America. Strategic focus is to deliver a high-quality, personalized gaming experience, leveraging advanced technology and localized services to cater to the preferences of the different Latin American players. Develop and launch own Casino Games, as well as operate own CRM, CS and Back‑office platforms.

  • Develop and manage gamification mechanics such as missions, challenges, loyalty features, progress systems, achievements, and seasonal events;
  • Work closely with CRM and Promotions teams to integrate gamification into ongoing campaigns and player journeys;
  • Collaborate with Product to ensure accurate implementation, placement, and user experience of gamification elements;
  • Analyze player behavior and engagement data to optimize mechanics and increase retention;
  • Identify new engagement opportunities and propose innovative mechanics tailored to different player segments;
  • Ensure clear documentation, feature specifications, promo logic, and reward structures;
  • Monitor live gamification features for errors, edge cases, or unexpected player behavior and escalates quickly;
  • Align gamification initiatives with broader marketing, retention, and product strategies.
Experience you’ll need to bring:
  • Experience in iGaming (casino or sports) 2+ years, especially in CRM, retention, promotions, or gamification roles;
  • Strong understanding of player motivations, engagement psychology, and lifecycle management;
  • Ability to translate product concepts into actionable gamification flows;
  • Familiarity with reward systems, segmentation, promo logic, and progression mechanics;
  • Strong analytical mindset with ability to work with data and engagement metrics;
  • Ability to document features clearly and provide structured requirements for Product and Design teams;
  • Will be a plus game design experience.
