Are you excited about scaling paid growth and turning performance data into sustainable acquisition strategies? We’re looking for a Senior User Acquisition Manager to join Pure and take ownership of our paid acquisition efforts.
As a Senior User Acquisition Manager
, you’ll work closely with Creative, Product, and Analytics teams to scale user growth through paid channels, combining hands‑on execution with strong analytical thinking.
- 4+ years of experience in user acquisition or performance marketing
- Proven ability to own results end to end in a fast‑moving environment
- Strong sense of ownership and accountability for growth outcomes
- Comfortable working with NSFW content and dating‑related traffic sources
- Hands‑on experience with Meta, Tik Tok, Snapchat, Apple Search Ads, or native networks
- Experience managing $500K–$1M+ monthly paid media budgets
- Strong analytical skills using Appsflyer, GAioned, CAPI, and attribution tools
- Understanding of mobile funnels, retention, and subscription models
- Experience with subscription‑based products and advanced CAC/LTV modeling
. - Exposure to DSPs or programmatic buying environments
. - Background in dating, iGaming, telehealth, or other subscription based verticals.
- Proven track record of scaling UA for mobile apps in growth‑stage companies.
- Paid Acquisition Ownership: Own and scale 1–2 paid channels, managing strategy, execution, optimization, and budget growth.
- Testing & Optimization: Run fast‑paced testing across creatives, audiences, placements, and formats to improve efficiency and scale.
- Performance Analysis: Monitor and analyze CAC, ROAS, retention, and LTV to guide daily decisions and long‑term strategy.
- Creative & Funnel Optimization: Define creative directions and work with content and product teams to improve landing pages and conversion.
- Channel Expansion & Partnerships: Test new channels and formats, manage media partnerships, and adapt to platform changes.
