Job OverviewWe are seeking a highly skilled Senior FP&A Analyst with a strong quantitative background and a passion for business partnership. Reporting to the Director of FP&A, this role will focus on budgeting, forecasting, and ad hoc analysis while aligning financial insights with the broader organizational strategy. The ideal candidate thrives in a dynamic environment and enjoys digging into the numbers to uncover insights that drive business decisions.
Responsibilities- Develop and manage best‑practice budgeting and forecasting processes.
- Perform ad hoc analysis to support decision-making and identify key business drivers.
- Analyze financial impacts, identify underlying trends, and provide actionable recommendations.
- Serve as the go‑to resource for financial analysis within the FP&A function, ensuring insights and recommendations align with financial goals.
- Work with Net Suite ERP system owners and other internal stakeholders to provide accurate reporting and analysis.
- Assist in aligning financial reporting processes across multiple teams and systems.
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Data Analytics, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
- 5+ years of experience in FP&A or financial analysis, ideally in CPG or SaaS industries.
- Proficiency with Net Suite ERP or similar systems.
- Strong analytical and quantitative skills with the ability to interpret and present data effectively.
- Familiarity with generally accepted accounting principles (GAAP).
- Exceptional problem‑solving skills with an entrepreneurial, detail‑oriented approach.
- Ability to work in a dynamic, fast‑paced environment and adapt to shifting priorities.
- Experience with short‑term direct cash flow forecasting.
- Experience in a PE‑backed organization.
- Familiarity with Net Suite Planning & Budgeting application.
- Familiarity with SaaS revenue accounting, reporting, and related KPIs.
