Sr. FP&A Analyst

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior FP&A Analyst with a strong quantitative background and a passion for business partnership. Reporting to the Director of FP&A, this role will focus on budgeting, forecasting, and ad hoc analysis while aligning financial insights with the broader organizational strategy. The ideal candidate thrives in a dynamic environment and enjoys digging into the numbers to uncover insights that drive business decisions.

• Develop and manage best‑practice budgeting and forecasting processes.
• Perform ad hoc analysis to support decision-making and identify key business drivers.
• Analyze financial impacts, identify underlying trends, and provide actionable recommendations.
• Serve as the go‑to resource for financial analysis within the FP&A function, ensuring insights and recommendations align with financial goals.
• Work with Net Suite ERP system owners and other internal stakeholders to provide accurate reporting and analysis.
• Assist in aligning financial reporting processes across multiple teams and systems.

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Data Analytics, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
• 5+ years of experience in FP&A or financial analysis, ideally in CPG or SaaS industries.
• Proficiency with Net Suite ERP or similar systems.
• Strong analytical and quantitative skills with the ability to interpret and present data effectively.
• Familiarity with generally accepted accounting principles (GAAP).
• Exceptional problem‑solving skills with an entrepreneurial, detail‑oriented approach.
• Ability to work in a dynamic, fast‑paced environment and adapt to shifting priorities.

• Experience with short‑term direct cash flow forecasting.
• Experience in a PE‑backed organization.
• Familiarity with Net Suite Planning & Budgeting application.
• Familiarity with SaaS revenue accounting, reporting, and related KPIs.
