Overview

We are seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented Commercial Real Estate Analyst with strong experience in market research, financial modeling, and creating professional investment materials. The ideal candidate has hands‑on experience underwriting CRE deals across multiple asset classes and can translate complex deal information into clear, compelling, and accurate materials.

Key Responsibilities Deal Analysis & Underwriting Support
  • Analyze commercial real estate deals across multiple asset classes, understanding the nuances and key drivers of each.
  • Review underwriting models, verify assumptions, and ensure supportable conclusions.
  • Evaluate comps, financials, rent rolls, offering documents, and market data to validate deal positioning.
Content Development & Presentation Creation
  • Build and refine investment materials, including:
    Broker Opinion of Values (BOVs),
    Offering Memorandums (OMs),
    Debt packages,
    Equity decks.
  • Distill large amounts of information into clean, well‑structured, highly professional presentations.
  • Quality Control & Accuracy Verification
    • Verify the accuracy of underwriting, comps, formatting, and supporting documentation.
    • Ensure all outputs are aligned with the required quality standards, narrative consistency, and capital‑market norms.
    Real Estate Market Knowledge
    • Apply strong understanding of differences between asset classes, deal profiles, and capital sources.
    • Tailor materials to different audiences across the real estate value chain (e.g., sponsors, sales brokers, debt brokers, lenders).
    • Craft executive summaries aligned with key audience priorities, including:
    • Financing terms
    • Collateral quality
    • Structure and leverage
    • Coverage and repayment
    • Key risks and credit story
    Experience
    • 3+ years of experience in commercial real estate underwriting, financial analysis, marketing, or market research.
    • Strong familiarity with CRE deal materials, financial models, and valuation concepts.
    • Experience transforming complex underwriting inputs into polished, investor‑ready presentations.
    Skills
    • Exceptional analytical and financial modeling capabilities.
    • Strong command of commercial real estate metrics, valuation methodology, and deal structure logic.
    • Ability to extract and synthesize insights from large datasets and underwriting models.
    • Advanced presentation‑building skills (PowerPoint, Google Slides).
    • Excellent attention to detail and a high standard for written and visual accuracy.
    • Strong professional communication skills.

    Schedule:

    9 pm – 7 am EDT (Monday to Friday)
