• Develop and execute brand strategies for medical nutrition products in a high-growth, innovation-focused environment.
• Use AI tools for market analysis, campaign optimization, and consumer insights.
• Lead new product launches and manage portfolio activation across media and trade.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and manage the marketing budget.
• Build and maintain relationships with patient associations to support brand objectives.
• Cooperate closely with HCPs (including in hospital environments) to ensure effective brand communication and education.
• Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and internal policies.

• Master’s degree in marketing, economics, life sciences, or related field.
• Experience in brand management, ideally with OTC or consumer healthcare products.
• Fluent in Polish and English.
• Experience working with patient associations and HCPs, especially in hospital settings.
• Strategic thinker with strong analytical and communication skills.
• Collaborative, proactive, and adaptable.
• Experience managing teams or projects is a plus.
