Four Seasons Yachts is redefining ultra-luxury travel with its first yacht setting sail in January 2026. As part of the prestigious Four Seasons Hotels and Resorts, this 207-meter-long super-yacht features 14 decks and 95 spacious suites, each with floor-to-ceiling windows and private terraces — offering unmatched elegance on the high seas.
The primary responsibility of the Laundry Assistant Manager is to ensure that all laundry services within the ship operation meet the highest possible standards and are conducted in an efficient and timely manner. Responsible for the laundering and pressing of all company linens, uniforms, crew’s private clothing and guests’ clothing.

- Work in top level company and paradise-like settings with world-class onboard facilities.
- Contract length 4-6 months with following 2 months of vacation
- Work with and notify the Housekeeping Supervisor and Executive Housekeeper of all activities and problems regarding the Laundry Operation.
- Organize and control the laundry department and maintain all relevant records.
- Ensure proper procedures are followed to avoid any damage to ship or company property.
- Analyze procedures to propose ways for improvement and institute safety measures.
- Maintain highest standards of cleanliness, following set policies, standards and procedures.
- Follow up with the Engineering Department on repair orders (AVO) and preventive maintenance.
- Organize production schedules to meet the requirements of various departments.
- Conduct regular water analysis.
- Check on production methods and procedures, issue necessary orders to correct shortcomings,
- maintain accurate inventory and monitor and control stock as required.
- Ensure all correct procedures are followed up to maximize the life of the linens and uniforms
- Ensures that all equipment in the laundry is being used as per Manufacturer guidelines and instruction by the onboard technical dept.
- Ensure that dirty areas and clean areas are clear in the laundry and trolleys are clearly labelled.
- Ensure chemical locker is kept neat and tidy and all chemicals are separated correctly. That MSDS sheet file is kept up to date. Conduct training for laundry Attendants and provide regular feedback regarding their performance.
- Ensure that laundry employees are knowledgeable about ship hotel services and facilities.
- Prepare duty schedule.
- Counsel and evaluate staff.
- Investigate complaints and take corrective action.
- Ensure personal appearance, hygiene, and uniform are in accordance with company rules and regulations.
- Ensure Personal protective equipment is used, and proper procedures and instructions are followed at all times.
- Responsibility for quarterly linen inventory management counts ensuring proper par is accounted for and discard linen is sorted and tracked.

- Cruise ship experience mandatory
- 21+ years old, no offensive tattoos allowed
- Minimum High School education or higher. Equivalent combination of education and shipboard experience
- Minimum of five years related experience as Laundry Master in luxury hotels and/or onboard cruise line
- Excellent communication skills and proficiency in English are a must
- Ability to write reports and business correspondence.
- Strong leadership and organization skills.
- Open minded and flexible.
- Ability to work with international crew and guests.
- Communicate effectively with the senior management.
- Experienced in coaching subordinates.
- Must be cost and quality conscious
- Adhere to specific scheduled work hours yet be flexible if circumstances require it.
- Work with international team members.
- Perform assigned duties under pressure (time constraints).
- Possess ability to lead and make decisions.
- Good administrative skills.
- Willingness to live and work onboard the Yacht for extended periods, with travel to various international destinations.
