We’re looking for an Employee Experience Specialist who will help us build a data-driven, human-centered workplace. You’ll design listening initiatives, turn insights into meaningful actions, and shape how employees experience every stage of their journey in our organization.

• Lead employee listening efforts: surveys, pulse checks, qualitative research.
• Analyze data and translate insights into impactful recommendations for leaders.
• Map and improve employee journey, identifying key pain points and opportunities.
• Turn insights into initiatives that strengthen culture, well-being, and engagement.
• Support leaders in interpreting results and prioritizing improvements.
• Run EX communication campaigns in partnership with Internal Comms.
• Co-create culture, belonging, and recognition initiatives.
• Improve EX processes and contribute to global projects.

• 3-4 years of experience in Employee Experience, HR, People Analytics, or organizational research.
• Strong analytical skills and experience designing employee surveys.
• Ability to translate data into practical, actionable recommendations.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Knowledge of EX frameworks, including employee journey mapping.
• Experience in an international environment is a plus.
• Very good English (B2/C1).
