Senior Technical Recruiter (100% remote) Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in IT or product recruitment
• Confident working with European markets
• English — Upper-Intermediate or higher
• Comfortable using ATS/HRM systems, Asana, Notion, and Google Sheets
• Organized, proactive, detail-oriented, and a strong team player

• Full-cycle recruitment
• Support sourcing for complex or senior-level positions (Affiliate, Promo, Heads, etc.)
• Search for candidates of different levels across multiple countries
• Conduct pre-screens, interviews, and offer calls
• Keep Asana and Google Sheets updated with tracking progress
• Use ATS/HR tools to manage candidate pipelines
• Research hiring trends in iGaming and related markets
• Collaborate closely with HR teammates and hiring managers
• Assist in onboarding and adaptation of new hires

• Experience with Workable ATS
• Experience in iGaming field
• Strong Boolean / X-Ray search skills
• Sense of humor
