Capco is a leading technology and management consultancy focused on digital transformation in the financial sector. We are seeking a dedicated Data Privacy Specialist to join our Poland office.

• Handle operational data privacy cases.
• Respond to privacy‑related queries from business stakeholders.
• Define requirements for capability enhancements and changes.
• Conduct data quality scans, regular process reviews, and documentation updates to ensure compliance and accuracy.
• Perform impact assessments, manage data incidents, and report risk metrics and operational KPIs.
• Drive awareness and training, and communicate to strengthen privacy culture across the organization.
• Monitor regulatory changes and assess their impact on data privacy management.
• Review and advise on changes to technology applications, products, or operational processes to ensure ongoing compliance.

• Extensive experience in a relevant role (e.g., Compliance, Legal, Audit) or in a data & privacy domain within a large organization.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Law, Compliance and Governance, Auditing/Finance/Risk or equivalent (minimum requirement).
• Good understanding of Data & Privacy policies and standards, including but not limited to GDPR.
• Experience with risk management and internal control frameworks.
• Ability to optimize processes for efficiency and effectiveness while complying with requirements.
• Certifications in data privacy are a plus (CIPP, CIA, CISA, CISSP, CISM).
• Highly motivated with strong track record of achievement.
• Good team player; ability to work well in teams as well as independently.
• Ability to provide guidance to junior members.
• Hold multi‑tasking skills and work under tight deadlines.
• Excellent critical thinking, communication, and presentation skills.
