About the Role

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented HR Associate to support our day-to-day people operations. In this role, you will work closely with the HR team to manage employee documentation, assist with recruitment and onboarding, maintain HR records, and support people-related processes across the organization. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to grow their career in Human Resources within a fast-paced, international environment.

Key Responsibilities HR Operations & Administration
  • Maintain accurate employee records, HR databases, and documentation.
  • Support HR compliance by organizing contracts, forms, and policy acknowledgments.
  • Prepare reports, update HR dashboards, and help track HR metrics.
  • Assist in managing HR inboxes and responding to employee inquiries with professionalism.
Recruitment & Onboarding Support
  • Assist in posting job descriptions and screening candidates.
  • Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
  • Support the onboarding process by preparing documentation, scheduling sessions, and ensuring a smooth new-hire experience.
Employee Support & Engagement
  • Serve as the first point of contact for routine employee questions.
  • Help plan employee engagement activities, events, and internal communications.
  • Support initiatives that promote a positive company culture and employee experience.
Performance & Development Coordination
  • Collect performance review documents and track deadlines.
  • Assist with scheduling trainings, orientations, and development-related activities.
Requirements Experience
  • 1–2 years of experience in Human Resources, People Operations, administration, or similar roles.
  • Experience in a fast-paced environment or startup is a plus.
Skills
  • Strong organizational skills and exceptional attention to detail.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
  • Familiarity with HR tools, ATS platforms, or HRIS systems (preferred but not required).
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office or Google Workspace.
