Sourcing Recruiter

We are seeking a high-volume Sourcing Recruiter to expand our tech sales talent network. This role involves proactively identifying, engaging, and attracting top sales candidates for our clients. The ideal candidate will have experience sourcing for sales roles, preferably in a staffing or recruiting agency environment and a proven track record of delivering high outreach volumes daily.

• Source and engage tech sales talent via Linked In and other platforms.
• Send 300–400 personalized InMails per day (15,000/month).
• Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for ongoing client needs.
• Collaborate with the operations team to align sourcing efforts with client requirements.
• Track sourcing metrics and report progress regularly.

• Experience in high-volume sourcing for tech sales or SDR roles (staffing/recruiting agency background preferred).
• Experience working for US-early-stage startups.
• Knowledge of Linked In Recruiter.
• Familiarity using IA.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Ability to work independently and meet aggressive outreach targets.
• Comfortable working in or close to Eastern Standard Time.
• Sales/SDR background is a plus.

Monday to Friday, 9 am to 5 pm EST (flexibility to start a bit later too).

1,300 - 1,600 USD/month.

10 days of PTO per year.
