As an Executive Recruiter
, you will play a pivotal role in shaping leadership teams for multi-billion-dollar EPC projects. Your expertise will directly influence strategic decisions and help build the foundation for global infrastructure initiatives.

• Partner with business leaders to understand executive hiring needs.
• Develop and execute sourcing strategies for senior-level roles in EPC environments.
• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, ensuring a seamless candidate experience.
• Build relationships with internal stakeholders and external networks in engineering and construction sectors.

• 7+ years of recruiting experience, including 3+ years in executive search.
• EPC industry experience strongly preferred.
• Proven ability to source and close senior-level talent.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
