PriceFx Developer

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, Business, or a related field.

• Proven experience as a Pricefx Developer or similar role with hands‑on experience in Pricefx platform development and configuration.

• Strong knowledge of pricing concepts, strategies, and business processes.

• Proficiency in scripting languages and tools used within Pricefx (e.g., Groovy, JavaScript, JSON).

• Experience with API integrations and data exchange formats (REST, SOAP, XML, JSON).

• Familiarity with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and CRM platforms is a plus.

• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.

• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a cross‑functional team.

• Pricefx certification or formal training.

• Experience with cloud‑based pricing solutions.

• Knowledge of SQL and database management.

• Understanding pricing analytics and optimization techniques.

We are seeking a skilled Pricefx Developer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining pricing solutions using the Pricefx platform
. This role requires a strong understanding of pricing strategies, configuration, and integration of Pricefx modules to optimise pricing processes and support business objectives.

• Develop, configure, and customise Pricefx pricing solutions including Pricefx Price Manager, Pricefx Price Optimiser, Pricefx Rebate Manager, and other modules as required.

  Should be able to do development independently and should be familiar with Groovy, JavaScript, JSON, RESTful APIs.

• Collaborate with pricing analysts, business stakeholders, and IT teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.

• Design and implement pricing rules, algorithms, and workflows within the Pricefx platform.

• Integrate Pricefx with other enterprise systems such as ERP, CRM, and data warehouses using APIs and middleware.

• Perform code review, unit testing, system testing, and support user acceptance testing (UAT) to ensure solution quality.

• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Pricefx configurations and integrations.

• Maintain documentation related to Pricefx development, configurations, and processes.

• Stay updated with the latest Pricefx platform features and best practices to continuously improve pricing solutions.

• Provide training and support to end‑users and pricing teams as needed.
