Senior Software Engineer - Site Reliability Engineering; SRE

Position: Senior Software Engineer - Site Reliability Engineering (SRE)
Location: Town of Poland

Job Responsibilities

Preferred Qualifications 5+ years of experience in software engineering, site reliability engineering, or cloud infrastructure roles.

Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Go, Java, or C# or  technical understanding and experience with at least two of the following Dev Ops platforms:
Git Hub, Azure Dev Ops, Git Lab, or Jenkins.

Hands-on experience with observability tools (e.g., Prometheus, Grafana, Open Telemetry or others).Experience working in global, high-availability SaaS environments.

Experience implementing redundancy and disaster recovery scenarios.

Excellent teamwork and cross-group collaboration skills.

Ability to collaborate with both technical and business professionals.

Hands-on experience with Agile Project Development Methodologies.

Experience delivering complex technical solutions.

Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.

Nice to have:

Experience with Chaos Engineering and/orAI Ops .Competencies and Skills Incident Management & Postmortems – Experience in handling production incidents and driving continuous improvement.

Practical knowledge of data structures and modern data engines.

Collaboration & Communication – Ability to work across teams, influence stakeholders, and advocate for reliability improvements.
