• Oversee global VPN node deployment, load balancing, uptime, and DDoS protection.
• Supervise end-to-end development of Android, iOS, desktop, and browser applications.
• Manage CI/CD pipelines, system monitoring, and continuous deployment strategies.
• Ensure the security and confidentiality of all user data and system components.
• Oversee frontend and backend development for the website, payments, analytics, advertising, and partner APIs.
• Establish technical documentation, coding standards, and internal engineering regulations.
• Manage the engineering team, hiring, mentorship, and performance.
• Maintain high code quality, testing standards, and version control.
• Drive innovation in VPN technologies, including protocol development, optimization, and geoblock bypass research.

• B2C mobile applications;
• SaaS platforms;

• VPN technologies and protocols – strong understanding preferred.
• Desktop applications – experience developing cross-platform apps is a plus.

• Strong background in cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP, or similar).
• Expertise in system architecture and scaling high-load applications.
• Team management of cross-function, mobile and web development team up to 40 members.
• Solid understanding of network protocols, encryption, and data protection.
• Hands-on experience with CI/CD tools, containers (Docker, Kubernetes), and monitoring systems.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and decision-making skills.
• Familiarity with agile methodologies and remote-first team management.
• Strategic mindset with the ability to translate business goals into technical roadmaps.
