We are seeking an experienced Service Now System Administrator & Developer to join our team. This role involves managing and optimizing the Service Now platform, ensuring stability, and delivering new features to meet organizational needs. Candidates must either hold NATO clearance or be willing to undergo the clearance process, as this is a mandatory requirement confirmed by the client.
Responsibilities- Monitor the health, administration, and compliance of Service Now and its applications.
- Oversee daily support and maintenance operations, including troubleshooting and performance optimization.
- Manage application support activities such as code migrations, patching, and version upgrades.
- Configure and customize UI policies, actions, scripts, and workflows to meet business requirements.
- Strong knowledge of Service Now scripting, including JavaScript and Angular
JS frameworks. - Ability to manage CMDB health and Discovery processes to support asset and configuration management.
- Service Now CSA certification is highly desirable.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in Service Now administration and development.
- Willingness to obtain NATO clearance if not already certified.
