We are looking for a Dev Ops Team Lead to join our engineering team and drive the transformation of CI/CD workflows across multiple complex products.
Your main tasks will be:
- Lead the modernization and optimization of CI/CD pipelines across diverse systems and legacy components.
- Introduce and implement industry‑leading Dev Ops tools and practices
, fostering a culture of automation and reliability. - Oversee and support existing CI/CD workflows, ensuring high stability and performance.
- Manage and optimize ephemeral and pre‑production environments to improve efficiency and reduce deployment friction.
- Collaborate closely with development teams to align Dev Ops solutions with product needs.
- Mentor and guide Dev Ops engineers, promoting best practices and continuous improvement.
We expect from you:
- 5+ years of experience in Dev Ops, infrastructure, or system engineering roles.
- Expertise in Kubernetes — orchestrating and managing containerized applications.
- Strong experience with Git Lab CI/CD — designing, maintaining, and optimizing pipelines.
- Proficiency in Shell scripting and Linux administration
. - Hands‑on experience with Terraform and Ansible
. - Knowledge of observability tools such as Grafana and Open Search.
- Solid understanding of Dev Ops principles, CI/CD methodologies, and automation practices
. - Strong communication skills and the ability to lead, motivate, and mentor a team.
- Problem‑solving mindset and persistence in achieving results.
Optional but nice to have:
- Knowledge of networking protocols and technologies
. - Experience with Windows environments

, or logging stacks (

).

In the other locations, the company provides reimbursement of workplace costs up to $1,000 gross once every 3 years, according to the paychecks. This money can be spent on the rent of the co‑working room, on equipping the working place at home (desk, chair, Internet, etc.)
