Automation & Integrations Engineer

About the Role

Seeking an “Automation & Integrations Engineer” to design, implement, and support workflow automations, cross‑platform integrations, and reporting solutions across a range of business processes. This role works on both internal initiatives and projects for client organizations, ensuring systems are connected, data flows reliably, and decision‑making is supported by accurate, accessible reporting. The role also includes incorporating AI tools where appropriate to improve efficiency and strengthen workflow automation.

Experience with no‑code tools such as Bubble is a plus.

• Develop and maintain integrations between SaaS platforms, internal tools, and client systems.
• Ensure reliable data flow and alignment across all connected tools.
• Document integration logic, requirements, and workflows.
• Build dashboards and reporting frameworks that provide clear visibility into performance.
• Consolidate data from multiple sources into accurate, usable outputs.
• Establish automated updates and ongoing measurement processes.

• Build lightweight internal or client‑facing tools and portals using no‑code platforms when helpful.
• Connect no‑code applications to existing systems through API or workflow integrations.
• Translate process requirements into simple, practical user interfaces.

• Experience with process improvement, systems workflows, and integrating/building related solutions.
• Ability to understand how business systems connect and where efficiency can be created.
• Strong analytical skills and comfort working with data and reporting.
• Clear communication and documentation capabilities.
• Ability to learn and adopt new tools quickly.
• Experience with no‑code/low‑code platforms is a plus.

• Has a systems mindset and can structure workflows clearly.
• Passionate about leveraging AI and modern solution tools to improve workflows and efficiency.

• Able to manage a process from definition through implementation.
