IT Consultant, IT Business Analyst
Location: Town of Poland
Responsibilities
You will be cooperating with multiple stakeholders (business, architects, developers and QAs in alignment with the target picture to enable sustainable solutions).
Eliciting requirements (functional and non-functional requirements) by cooperating with different stakeholders e.g. architects, developers, testers, business, legal and compliance.
Securing requirements traceability during smooth end-to-end development.
Being responsible for requirements documentation (incl. use cases) and quality improvement.
Supporting testers and developers in the team and hub.
Experience in IT and/or business analysis.
Experience in working in the IT industry.
Knowledge of the banking sector and HR domain, or at least the financial sector will be an advantage.
Experience of using Jira and Confluence.
Excellent written and spoken English communication skills, and familiar with international collaboration.
Practical knowledge of user interface prototyping and design will be an advantage.
Have great stakeholder management skills.
