Technical Account Manager – My Feature

We’re looking for a Technical Programmatic Account Manager to join our remote team. In this role, you’ll manage partner relationships while also diving deeper into technical setup, troubleshooting, and performance optimization. This position is ideal for someone who understands the inner workings of programmatic systems and enjoys solving complex technical challenges alongside strategic account work.
What You’ll Do- Manage and support relationships with publishers, SSPs, DSPs, and other programmatic partners.
- Lead technical onboarding and integration processes across ad networks, exchanges, and platforms (including GAM, Prebid, SDKs, and server-to-server setups).
- Monitor oRTB traffic, identify issues, and implement data-driven optimization strategies.
- Troubleshoot delivery, latency, bidstream, and integration issues using logs, reporting tools, and platform diagnostics.
- Analyze performance trends and prepare actionable insights for partners and internal stakeholders.
- Work cross-functionally with product, engineering, and operations to improve formats, connections, yield, and stability.
- Recommend and implement technical improvements based on industry trends and partner feedback.
- 2+ years of experience in ad tech or programmatic advertising (SSP, DSP, ad network, exchange, or GAM experience required).
- Strong understanding of oRTB, waterfalls, header bidding, and programmatic ecosystem fundamentals.
- Ability to read logs, troubleshoot discrepancies, and diagnose delivery issues.
- Strong analytical mindset with advanced Excel/Sheets skills; experience with BI tools is a plus.
- Fluent English with excellent communication skills—comfortable explaining technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Highly organized, proactive, and able to work independently in a fully remote environment.
- Bonus: experience with Prebid, S2S integrations, SDK mediation, or basic scripting (SQL, Python, etc.).
