Position title

Customer Care Expert – Licensing Description
** About the job:
** As a part of extending our partnership with Cisco Systems we are currently looking for a professional to join our newly created
** Licensing Enablement & Adoption Team.
** In this role you would be responsible for providing licensing training, portal demo and strategic guidance for Cisco customers and partners, with the goal of enabling their self-sufficiency with licensing management.
** Role & Responsibilities:**
* ** Training & Enablement:
** Deliver customized licensing training, portal demos, and best practices to Cisco internal teams, customers and partners.
* ** Guidance & Support:
** Assist teams in navigating the Cisco licensing ecosystem, ensuring clarity and efficiency.
* ** Smart Account Optimization:
** Facilitate Smart Account adoption, helping customers understand and leverage licensing capabilities to maximize ROI.
* ** Strategic Recommendations:
** Provide recommendations to customers on license consolidation, restructuring, conversions, and migrations.
* ** Stakeholder

Collaboration:

** Work cross-functionally with internal teams, partners, and customers to ensure seamless licensing engagements.
** Eligibility &

Qualifications:

*** Excellent communication and presentation skills for demos and training.
* Ability to translate customer requirements into structured project plans.
* Understanding Cisco Licensing tools and platforms would be a plus.
* Proactivity in taking on new challenges and continuous learning.
* Ability to develop onboarding and adoption plans aligned with customer needs.
* Accountability for outcomes and driving customer success stories.
* Self-motivation, with a strong ability to manage multiple priorities.
* Ability to collaborate within the team and foster cross-functional engagement.
* Proficiency in English.
* Familiarity with basic HTML coding is a plus.
