We are seeking a business‑oriented and pragmatic technical leader to take full ownership of our Word Press ecosystem and development team. This is a "player‑coach" role for a hands‑on leader who can balance high‑level architectural strategy with day‑to‑day team mentorship. You will be the bridge between our business goals and our technical execution, responsible for driving outcomes, not just managing a process.

• Understand and Drive Business Outcomes:
  Own key metrics such as Core Web Vitals, organic growth, and the user journey.
• Drive Technical Decisions:
  Own the technology stack, from high‑level architecture to low‑level implementation, and articulate how technical choices affect business performance, reliability, and future growth.
• Lead and Mentor a Team:
  Foster a culture of ownership and pragmatism, unblocking, supporting, and elevating the skills of your team.
• Interface with Product:
  Act as the key technical partner to Product Managers, mediating between business requirements and technical constraints to achieve the best possible outcome.
