We design and deliver integrated business planning and CRM solutions that enable smarter decisions and streamlined processes. By leveraging platforms like Anaplan and Salesforce Sales Cloud, we translate complex business requirements into scalable models and systems. Our team collaborates closely with stakeholders, applies Agile principles, and ensures data integrity to optimize planning and performance across Sales, Finance, and other key functions.

• Create and implement Sales and Financial planning models and dashboards that meet business requirements and follow best practices.
• Work with business leaders, analysts, and IT teams to understand needs, define requirements, and align solutions with strategic goals.
• Develop high-level technical designs and write user stories, ensuring the system solution is integrated seamlessly into the broader technology ecosystem.
• Oversee data integration from various source systems (like ERPs and CRMs), ensuring data accuracy and integrity.
• Analyze and improve existing planning processes to increase efficiency and accuracy, often by reducing manual touchpoints.
• Lead project phases from requirements gathering to deployment, often using Agile methodologies.
• Work with Sales Operations and Finance to model and implement yearly plan.
• Provide ongoing production support, troubleshoot issues, and assist with User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
• Create detailed documentation for models and processes, and train end-users to ensure effective adoption.

• Expertise in multi-dimensional modeling and complex integrations best practices.
• Strong understanding of data integration, system implementation methodologies (especially Agile), and financial/operational planning.
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
• Subject matter expertise in specific areas such as Finance or Sales Performance Management.

• An Anaplan certification, such as Solution Architect or Model Builder.
• Proven experience in Anaplan project delivery and model design.
