Duties & Responsibilities
*** Develop APIs as needed to support connectivity need for higher level integration.
* ** Design & Develop Agentic AI Systems
** Build multi-agent architectures using frameworks like
** Lang Chain**,
** Lang Graph**,
** Auto Gen**, and
** CrewAI**.
* ** Integrate with Enterprise Platforms
** Connect agents to ERP, CRM, and ITSM systems (e.g., Service Now, Salesforce) for automated workflows.
* ** Implement Advanced AI Techniques
** Utilize
** RAG pipelines**,
** prompt engineering**, and
** reinforcement learning
** for adaptive behavior.
* ** Cloud & MLOps Deployment
** Architect scalable solutions on
** AWS**,
** Azure**, or
** GCP**; implement CI/CD pipelines and observability for AI agents.
* ** Collaborate Cross-Functionally
** Work with product managers, architects, and data scientists to align agent capabilities with business goals.
* ** Ensure Safety & Compliance
** Apply guardrails, ethical AI principles, and security best practices in all deployments.
** Experience**
* ** 3+ years**’ experience in AI/ML development;
** 1+ year
** in agentic AI or autonomous systems.
* Strong proficiency in
** Python**,
** FastAPI**, and AI libraries (
** PyTorch**,
** Tensor Flow**,
** Hugging Face**,
** OpenAI API**).
* Hands-on experience with
** Lang Chain**,
** LLMs**, and
** vector databases** (e.g., Pinecone, FAISS).
* Familiarity with
** cloud platforms**,
** API development**, and
** enterprise integration**.
** Skills
* ** Experience with
** AutoGPT**,
** Crew AI**, or similar agent frameworks.
* Knowledge of
** retrieval-augmented generation (RAG)
** and
** prompt optimization**.
* Background in
** human-AI interaction
** and conversational UX.
* Contributions to
** open-source AI projects
** or published work in agentic AI.
** Education
* * Bachelor’s or master’s in computer science,
** AI/ML**, or related field.
