What you’ll do at Jamf
  • Own the day‑to‑day administration, maintenance, and configuration of the Service Now platform.
  • Manage the incident queue within Service Now and proactively troubleshoot and solve issues.
  • Design and implement custom workflows, scripts, and automation solutions using Service Now Studio and scripting languages (JavaScript, Glide).
  • Direct and coordinate platform upgrades, patches, and releases, ensuring minimal downtime.
  • Provide training, technical support, and guidance to end‑users and stakeholders to ensure effective platform usage.
  • Monitor and resolve system issues, incidents, and tickets in alignment with ITIL processes.
  • Configure and maintain integrations with other enterprise systems and tools.
  • Ensure platform compliance with organizational policies, security standards, and regulatory requirements.
  • Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, and performance metrics to support data‑driven decision‑making.
  • Act as the subject matter expert for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Provide ongoing review and creation of technical documentation.
  • Partner with solution architects and business analysts to support requirements refinement.
  • Successfully manage change and navigate positively in a fast‑paced environment, prioritizing and managing multiple complex projects simultaneously.
  • Partner with other administrators or system owners within Jamf to support scalability and growth of enterprise platforms.
Eligibility & Location

This role is offered as remote. We are only able to accept applications for those based in Poland and have sponsorship to live and work in Poland.

What we are looking for
  • 3 years or more of experience as a Service Now Administrator or similar role (Required).
  • Strong proficiency in Service Now modules (ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, CSM, CMDB, APM, GRC, Sec Ops) (Required).
  • Hands‑on experience with Service Now scripting, workflows, and configuration (Required).
  • Familiarity with the ITIL framework and its implementation in Service Now (Required).
  • Understanding of system integrations using APIs, REST/SOAP (Required).
  • Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies (Preferred).
  • Strong problem‑solving and analytical skills.
  • Effective communication and collaboration abilities.
  • Working knowledge of Jira or similar system (Preferred).
  • Mentor other specialists: drive and enforce standards, tools, and methodologies.
  • Ability to develop effective relationships at all levels of the organization.
  • Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously in a fast‑paced environment.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and constantly complete time‑sensitive tasks.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent experience) (Required).
  • Service Now Certified System Administrator (CSA) or equivalent certification (Required).
  • Additional Service Now certifications (Implementation or management of modules) (Required).
  • A combination of relevant experience and education may be considered.
