Senior IT/OT Analyst
Senior IT/OT Analyst role at Stanley Black & Decker, Inc.
Location: Poland, Czechia (occasionally in Usti, 10% travel expected)
Work Arrangement: Remote
Employment: Permanent
The Job- Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand needs and challenges.
- Translate business requirements into functional and technical specifications with cross‑functional teams.
- Analyze business processes and systems to align IT solutions with business goals.
- Ensure business and technical requirements are met throughout project delivery.
- Troubleshoot and resolve manufacturing technology issues promptly.
- Prepare and deliver end‑user documentation and training materials.
- Oversee system integration and user acceptance testing for projects.
- Stay current with manufacturing IT trends and technologies.
- Coordinate with software and service providers to deliver and maintain manufacturing IT solutions.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- Experience in IT Manufacturing processes and shopfloor applications.
- Proven experience as a .NET Architect or Software Architect, preferably in manufacturing.
- Strong proficiency with .NET technologies (C#, ASP.NET, MVC, .NET Core).
- Extensive experience with SQL Server, including database design and optimization.
- Solid understanding of software architecture principles and design patterns.
- Experience with MES and ERP systems (SAP, QAD, or Infor) is highly desirable.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS) and microservices architecture is a plus.
- Remote work with occasional visits to Usti.
