As a Senior Product Analyst, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of online car markets and enhancing the user experience for millions of car buyers and sellers. You’ll join our clients’ Buyer Analytics Team and act as a key analytical partner for our product teams.

You will help shape product decisions by grounding them in data, building self‑service analytics tools, and generating insights that improve the Buyer Journey and overall product performance.

Responsibilities
  • Data‑Driven Product Development: you play a key role as an analytical sparring partner for our customers’ product teams, ensuring that decisions and product development processes are deeply grounded in data.
  • Deep Customer Understanding: you will develop a deep understanding of our customers’ users and products, especially the Buyer Journey. You will analyze how buyers arrive on our customers’ platform, how they navigate through our flows and products, and how they engage and convert.
  • Data Enablement & Self‑Service Analytics: you develop self‑service data products such as dashboards, data models, and metric frameworks. You evaluate new analytics technologies, including GenAI applications, and establish scalable use cases that provide stakeholders with easy access to reliable insights. You work side by side with product teams to enhance their data literacy and empower them to access, analyze, and interpret data.
  • Consultative Analytics & Insight Generation: you answer business questions through analytical deep dives and clearly communicate insights, trends, and recommendations to product teams. You help transform complex analysis into actionable guidance that influences product and business decisions.
  • Collaboration & Data Quality: you collaborate with engineering, tracking, and data platform teams to ensure high‑quality event instrumentation, data reliability, and alignment on metric definitions. You help maintain data documentation and contribute to creating a shared understanding of core KPIs.
  • Experimentation & Optimization: you support experimentation initiatives by designing A/B tests, defining hypotheses, ensuring sound statistical rigor, and interpreting experiment outcomes to drive continuous product improvement.
Requirements
  • 4+ years of experience in analytics, customer insights, data science, or data‑driven consulting.
  • Excellent SQL skills — you are comfortable querying large datasets and optimizing queries for performance.
  • Experience with Python for data analysis and automation.
  • Ability to model data and build efficient analytics pipelines for production‑ or stakeholder‑facing use cases.
  • Strong statistical knowledge, including A/B test design and evaluation.
  • Familiarity with Google Analytics and event tracking implementation is a plus.
  • Expertise in data visualization tools such as Quick Sight, Tableau, or similar BI platforms, including building semantic models, cubes, and automated reports.

  • Strong communication skills – you can explain insights and analytical solutions to technical and non‑technical stakeholders.
  • High motivation, proactiveness, and a genuine enthusiasm for data and product analytics.
  • English level – at least Upper‑Intermediate, both spoken and written.
