• Act as an Agile coach: mentor and train engineering team members on best practices.
• Foster a self‑organizing, high‑performing team culture through facilitation and coaching.
• Guide teams in writing, splitting, and sizing sprints.
• Identify impediments and dependencies, proactively resolve them.
• Lead team retrospectives and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
• Support and mentor junior team members.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business value and define project scope.
• Manage vendor relationships and ensure alignment with business plans.
• Plan project phases, resource allocation, and internal/external dependencies.
• Identify risks and mitigation strategies.
• Oversee sprint execution; manage scope changes and communicate updates.
• Ensure vendor deliverables are on time and within budget.
• Participate in procurement and contract discussions.
• Provide clear and timely progress updates via daily, weekly, monthly reports.
• Communicate blockers, dependencies, and risks to stakeholders.
• Collect feedback to improve planning and team satisfaction.

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field.
• Scrum Master certification (CSM, PSM, or equivalent).
• 8‑10 years of experience in project management and Agile execution.
• 4+ years as a Scrum Master leading multiple teams of 10+ members.
• Strong background in technology and software development lifecycle.
• Excellent leadership and relationship‑building skills.
• Hands‑on approach; able to function as leader and individual contributor.
• Experience delivering complex digital projects in fast‑paced environments.
• E‑commerce industry experience is a plus.
• Hands‑on development experience is a plus.
