Senior QA Engineer — Agentic AI Platform
Location: Remote | Full-time | Competitive Compensation (EMEA)

At Apiphani, we’re building the future of infrastructure automation through agentic AI. As a Senior QA Engineer, you’ll ensure the reliability and performance of our multi-platform ecosystem spanning web, desktop, and AI services. You’ll work across a diverse tech stack — from Type Script and Go to Python-based AI systems — establishing quality standards, driving automation, and ensuring smooth, production-ready releases.

This role sits at the intersection of traditional QA and AI observability — perfect for someone eager to define modern testing practices for intelligent, agentic software systems.

• Design, implement, and maintain comprehensive test strategies across multiple repositories and tech stacks
• Develop and execute end-to-end tests for our React/Express Type Script applications using Cypress
• Create and maintain test plans for Go-based executables and terminal applications
• Perform REST API testing and validate integrations across services
• Conduct cross-platform testing across Linux and Windows environments
• Build and maintain automated pipelines in Git Hub Actions for continuous quality validation
• Implement regression, smoke, and performance testing for release readiness
• Monitor and optimize AI service performance, observability, and prompt versioning using tools like Lang Smith
• Establish benchmarks for AI endpoints and analyze results for improvement
• Collaborate closely with developers, Dev Ops, and product teams to resolve bugs before production
• Document QA procedures, findings, and quality metrics for visibility across teams
• Mentor junior QA engineers and champion best practices

• 5+ years in software QA, including 2+ years in a senior or lead role
• Strong proficiency with Cypress for E2E testing of React/Type Script web apps
• Experience testing Go executables and desktop or CLI applications
• Proven experience with Git Hub Actions and CI/CD automation
• Proficiency in REST API testing tools (Postman, Insomnia, etc.)
• Hands-on experience testing AI/ML systems and observability platforms (Lang Smith or similar)
• Understanding of prompt engineering and version control for AI interactions
• Comfort working across Linux and Windows command-line environments
• Strong analytical, debugging, and documentation skills

• Experience with AWS infrastructure and cloud testing
• Familiarity with Python testing frameworks for AI/ML services
• Knowledge of performance and load testing tools (JMeter, K6, etc.)
• Understanding of containerization and microservices testing (Docker, Kubernetes)
• Experience with observability platforms such as Datadog or New Relic
• QA certifications (ISTQB or equivalent)
