Job Summary We’re looking for a creative and strategic Social Media Manager with proven experience managing content on multi‑platforms through engaging short‑form content. This person lives and breathes content, from scriptwriting and editing to trend research and analytics. You’ll develop and execute a cross‑platform strategy that tells our story through bold visuals, sharp hooks, and compelling storytelling. You’ll work closely with our leadership and marketing teams to develop a strong content rhythm, maintain a consistent brand voice, and drive organic growth across Tik Tok, Instagram, You Tube Shorts, and Linked In.
CoreResponsibilities
- Plan & Execute Social Strategy:
Build and manage a content calendar across Tik Tok, Instagram Reels, You Tube Shorts, and Linked In. - Content Creation:
Shoot, edit, and publish high‑quality short‑form videos optimized for each platform. - Scriptwriting:
Write concise, scroll‑stopping scripts and captions that align with our brand tone and content goals. - Video Editing:
Edit short‑form videos with dynamic pacing, captions, transitions, and sound design to maximize retention. - Analytics & Optimization:
Track performance data, identify trends, and adjust strategy based on what’s driving engagement. - Community Management:
Engage with followers and communities to build brand affinity and drive interaction. - Trend Research:
Stay ahead of viral formats, algorithm updates, and creative trends across all major platforms.
- 3+ years of experience as a Social Media Manager or Content Strategist, ideally for a B2B Service company.
- Strong short‑form video editing skills (Cap Cut, Premiere Pro, or Final Cut).
- Proven experience writing video scripts and captions that convert views into engagement.
- Intermediate graphic design skills using tools like Canva or Adobe Creative Suite.
- Proficiency with social scheduling tools like Buffer, Later, or Hootsuite.
- Deep understanding of platform algorithms, storytelling, and content pacing.
- Excellent communication and project management skills — able to plan, execute, and deliver consistently.
- Experience managing personal brands, agencies, or B2B service companies.
- Familiarity with AI tools like ChatGPT, Opus Clip, Descript, or Synthesia.
