A unified, AI-driven market intelligence platform that aggregates internal and external data to deliver real-time insights across strategic, segment, account, and BU levels, seamlessly interfacing with existing systems to support decision-making.

We are seeking a Solution Architect to join the AI-driven Market Intelligence (MI) Platform – a next-generation, serverless data and analytics platform that aggregates internal and external data to provide real-time insights for strategic decision‑making across the Customer's ecosystem.

• 8+ years of professional experience in software engineering and architecture.
• Proven experience designing serverless AWS solutions (Lambda, API Gateway).
• Expertise in Node.js / Type Script and React.js ecosystems.
• Solid understanding of data architecture, data modeling, ETL/ELT processes, and ML model integration.
• Hands‑on experience integrating AI/ML components.
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines, IaC, and Dev Sec Ops  workflows.
• Familiarity with enterprise security standards (IAM, SAML, Okta/Azure AD).
• Strong communication, documentation, and stakeholder management skills.

• Experience with AI/ML-driven data platforms, semantic search, or recommendation systems.
• Understanding of data lake architectures and analytics pipelines.
• Background in data governance, observability, and performance optimization for serverless workloads.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Engineering, or related field.

• Serverless Architecture Design: Design and evolve the end-to-end serverless architecture for the MI Platform using AWS Lambda, API Gateway, S3, Cloud Front, SQS, etc., ensuring scalability, observability, and performance for all backend and frontend components.
• Data & ML Solution Design: Define data ingestion and transformation flows, ensuring interoperability with internal and external data sources, collaborate with ML engineers to design and integrate ML inference and model‑serving pipelines within the serverless ecosystem, and enforce data quality, lineage, and governance best practices.
• Technical Leadership: Provide architectural guidance to backend (Node.js) and frontend (React.js) teams, drive code and design reviews, and ensure best practices and alignment with security and compliance frameworks.
• Integration & API Governance: Design secure APIs and data access layers between application services, ML models, and the frontend, and define patterns for asynchronous and event‑driven communication between services.
• Collaboration & Communication: Partner with Product, UX, Data, and Dev Ops teams to translate business and analytical requirements into scalable solutions, and present architecture vision, trade‑offs, and recommendations to stakeholders.
