Domestic Multi Service Release Manager

Overview

The Multi Service Release Manager coordinates cross‑functional network implementations, security changes, and IP service changes. They manage delivery requirements, track dependencies, escalate issues, and work closely with Engineers, Program/Project Managers, and other stakeholders to ensure successful multi‑phase network projects.

• Manage multiple interdependent network projects to deliver business outcomes on time, on budget, and with quality.
• Plan, coordinate, and track project deliverables across multiple service providers.
• Translate business requirements into engineering and implementation tasks.
• Oversee technical resources (FTEs, vendors, partners) to ensure end‑to‑end delivery.
• Manage release tasks, change requests, and compliance with Change Management policies.
• Proactively identify, elevate, and resolve issues or conflicts across teams.
• Communicate project status and progress to senior leaders and stakeholders.

• Strong leadership, execution focus, and accountability.
• Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills.
• Organized, detail‑oriented, and able to manage risk.
• Strong technical knowledge of networking technologies (LAN/WAN, Wireless, SDWAN, Cloud, VoIP, UC, Collaboration).
• Ability to work across global teams and flexible hours.

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business, or related field.
• 5+ years in network project/program management or technical delivery roles.
• Experience with Change Management and CAB processes.
• Certifications such as PMP, ITIL, and CCNA are a plus.
• Financial services experience preferred.
