We're seeking a talented Web Designer based in Latin America to join our remote team full-time. This is a freelance, long-term opportunity for someone who’s passionate about designing sleek, custom-feeling websites that balance beauty with functionality.

Our creative style is modern, minimalist, and rooted in UX best practices. We use smooth transitions, parallax effects, and purposeful motion to build sites that feel breathable and immersive. Every site we deliver is tailored—not templated—and storytelling is at the heart of our visual and copy choices.

• Design and develop Word Press websites using Elementor
• Implement clean
  , modern
  , and intentional layouts with strong hierarchy and ample white space
• Use micro animations, parallax, and transitions to guide user flow, not just decorate
• Optimize websites for SEO
  , speed
  , mobile responsiveness
  , and accessibility
• Apply Story Brand principles and UX best practices to each project
• Maintain and update client sites as needed
• Take feedback constructively and iterate thoughtfully

• Proven experience designing Word Press websites using Elementor (with portfolio/live examples)
• Strong visual design skills: clean layouts, bold typography, strong contrast, attention to detail
• Familiarity with motion design principles: layering, transitions, micro interactions
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite or similar tools
• Clear communication, self-motivation, and strong time management
• Fluent English speaker based in Latin America
