Role Summary
Health Prime is seeking a highly analytical, detail-obsessed Digital Analytics Manager —someone who is equal parts investigator, diagnostician, and hands‑on implementer. This role is ideal for someone who loves digging into user behavior, uncovering patterns, and explaining—in plain English—what’s working, what’s not, and why.
You will pair data‑driven insight with hands‑on implementation inside Hub Spot and Word Press—building forms, adjusting layouts, tagging content, and helping turn insights into action.
Core Responsibilities1. Website & Content Analytics
- Own the full analytics ecosystem across Google Analytics, Hub Spot, and Word Press.
- Identify traffic sources, behavior flows, scroll depth, click maps, and drop‑off points.
- Build benchmarks for content performance—so the team can compare gated vs. ungated, old vs. new, organic vs. referral, etc.
- Analyze “how people got to this content” (a major need) and provide weekly clarity to the team.
- Produce insights for leadership that translate data into actions and simple recommendations—not dashboards no one reads.
2. Conversion Optimization (CRO)
- Recommend placement of forms, CTAs, and conversion elements backed by data.
- Identify friction points and propose UX improvements.
- Review and revise the structure of key pages (home, product, resource hubs, blog templates).
- Simplify complex information journeys into clear next steps.
3. Hub Spot Execution
- Set up and manage forms, lists, tracking URLs, CTA modules, workflows, and analytics reports.
- Ensure data cleanliness and consistent tracking parameters (UTMs, tags, campaign IDs).
- Build and QA landing pages within Hub Spot that align with analytics insights.
4. Website Operations (Light Build Work)
- Update Word Press pages, adjust layouts, add content blocks, embed forms, and implement experiments.
- Collaborate with the Web & Content Ops Specialist (Luisa) to turn insights into live changes quickly.
- Ability to implement simple A/B tests in Word Press or Hub Spot
- On‑page SEO improvements: metadata, internal links, schema basics
- Ability to audit redirects, site structure, or page performance
- Familiarity with heat mapping tools (Hotjar, Clarity)
- Ability to build reports that tell a story, not just numbers
- Light design tweaks in Figma or Canva (cropping, resizing, thumbnails)
- Can step in to publish social posts when needed
- Strong documentation habits
- Experience building dashboards for non‑technical stakeholders
- Ability to QA and improve content layouts visually
- Understanding of buyer journeys in B2B or healthcare
- Curiosity about how sales and marketing connect (CRM‑to‑website loop)
